To place an order with, you are required to make a purchase of more than Rs. 99.00 .

Yes you can, by following a very small and convenient procedure . Drop us an e-mail stating the date preference prior ordering for that particular product. We will try our best to fulfill your requirement and will update you with the same.

There are no additional charges that you have to pay for. The final cost at communicated to you at the time of check-out is inclusive of all taxes and other charged, and this is all you have to pay.

Yes, we are expanding our delivery options outside India as well after 31st june 2018.

You can place the orders and check-out simply as guests. However, it would be better to register and have your account, to have a more fruitful shopping experience. It will be convenient to track the orders as well as receive updates of offers and maintain your Wishlist.

15. How long will it take to receive my orders ?

We use only the best and the most reputed courier services for the shipments, to provide our valuable customers timely deliveries. It usually takes 7-10 days for the orders to reach your doorsteps. However, during festive season or sale time, the deliveries may be delayed by a few days due to high rush.

16. Can i ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

If you wish to ship different items to different addresses, please place the orders separately. We cannot process two shipping addresses in one single order for specific products on the list.

17. who pays for the shipping charges ?

18. what happens if I am not available at the time of delivery ?

It is the policy of almost all the courier companies, to attempt delivering the order package thrice before returning it back to the warehouse. The same will be applicable with our shipments. Do provide your mobile number along with the address, so that the delivery boy could contact you before attempting the delivery.

19. what is your Return policy ?

Yes. If your product qualifies under our Return & Exchange Policy you can register an exchange request with us within 7 days after the delivery. The product should not be tampered with and must be sent back in its original package. If we feel the product has been used the request will not be applicable. 20. What option  do I have while making  payment ?

You can make payments through Net Banking, debit/credit cards, Cash on Delivery. We accept VISA, MASTER as well as AMERICAN EXPRESS, and debit cards issued by any of the authorized banks in India. To make your payment options more convenience, we also accept payments via Bank transfer and deposits. There are provisions of accepting International credit and debit card transactions also.
